The Role
Lead strategy and growth for commercial deposits, focusing on client relationships, product innovation, and compliance in a dynamic banking environment.
Summary Generated by Built In
Since our founding in 2015, we’ve provided over £13 billion in funding to support ambitious entrepreneurs — helping create more than 56,000 jobs and 34,000 new homes across the UK and US. Our mission is to enable trailblazing businesses to thrive — and our Savings and Deposits team plays a pivotal role in making that happen.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, fast-paced bank that’s built a reputation for challenging the status quo. We’re not looking for another cog in the machine — we’re after bold, self-starting individuals who want to shape their own career paths and make a meaningful impact by supporting some of the UK’s most dynamic business leaders.
As Associate Director, Personal Savings at OakNorth, you’ll help lead the strategic direction, growth, and delivery of our Personal Savings business. You'll be instrumental in developing our funding strategy and deepening our relationships with the UK’s most ambitious SMEs and mid-market companies. Positioned at the crossroads of relationship banking, treasury, and product innovation, you’ll help design and scale tailored, customer-first deposit solutions that serve the evolving needs of fast-growing ventures.
This is a high-impact, commercially-focused role where you’ll thrive if you bring an entrepreneurial mindset, challenge conventions, and deliver real-world results in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
