· Who You Are:Own P&L and financial performance for assigned Salesforce programs/accounts.
Manage revenue, gross margin, project profitability, utilization, billing, and delivery costs.
Track project financials, forecasts, budgets, resource costs, and commercial risks.
Partner with Sales/Account Management teams on renewals, expansion opportunities, proposals, and change requests.
Identify opportunities for account growth, additional services, automation, and delivery efficiency.
Own financial forecasting and provide monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
· What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary client-facing delivery leader for Salesforce programs.
Build relationships with CIO/CTO/CXO-level stakeholders, business leaders, product owners, and Salesforce leadership.
Lead client governance meetings, steering committees, QBRs, service reviews, and executive presentations.
Understand client business priorities and translate them into Salesforce delivery roadmaps.
Own client escalations, expectations, satisfaction, and delivery commitments.
Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnership.
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Architecture, Delivery, and Technology leadership.
Drive alignment between business objectives, delivery capacity, financial targets, and technical strategy.
Own internal governance and communicate project/account performance to senior leadership.
Manage resource planning, hiring requirements, utilization, succession planning, and team development.
Coordinate architects, developers, BAs, QA, Salesforce administrators, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.

- 10+ years of experience in IT
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce service delivery, application management, or account leadership
- 5+ years leading enterprise-level Salesforce engagements and managed services programs
- Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, and related products
- Experience managing Salesforce support, enhancements, releases, and platform governance
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, security model, and data management
- Expertise in SLA/KPI management, incident management, problem management, change management, and release governance
- Experience leading global teams of administrators, developers, business analysts, architects, and QA resources
