We are seeking a talented individual to join our IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering team at Knowledge Services - Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
To improve the efficiency, consistency and scalability of the IMEA Valuation and Property Risk Engineering practice by supporting the Operational Risk Consulting (ORC) IMEA leader with execution of key strategic initiatives, reporting, managing proposals, technical collateral, operational initiatives, knowledge management and cross-functional coordination. The role acts as the operational hub between leadership, engineers, valuers, business development, finance and regional teams.
We will count on you for:
1. Proposal & Bid Management
- Support key proposals and pitches
- Maintain proposal libraries and templates
- Track opportunities and submissions
- Maintain fee benchmark database
2. Management Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Monthly IMEA dashboards
- Revenue, pipeline and utilisation reporting
- Executive presentations and leadership packs
3. Strategic Initiative Management
- Track regional action items
- Coordinate implementation of strategic initiatives
- Escalate delays and maintain accountability
4. Technical Marketing & Knowledge Management
- Develop service sheets, capability statements and case studies
- Maintain project databases and credential libraries with support
5. Technical Support & Analytics
- Compile valuation and engineering data
- Create recurring client and management presentations
What you need to have:
- Engineering or related degree. MBA is advantageous.
- 7-12 years’ experience in consulting or professional servicesaccounting firm (Big 4) or similar professional services firm.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Competent in project management
- Executive reporting
- Stakeholder management
- Proposal development
- Power BI and Salesforce
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
