Role Description
Develop and lead the company’s revenue intelligence strategy across the newly combined ITAM and FinOps organizations
Build and manage a high-performing team of developers, analysts, and data scientists
Design and implement dashboards to provide Sales and Sales leadership with customer insights and revenue performance tracking
Partner with SHI’s IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy across platforms (CRM, ERP, etc.)
Contribute as a key stakeholder in the GTM process, providing customer propensity data, tracking GTM efficacy and providing insights to drive continually improving GTM initiatives
Analyze customer behavior, churn, and lifetime value to inform retention strategies
Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data strategy
Proven leadership experience in a high-growth B2B environment, preferably in IT or SaaS
Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
Strong understanding of GTM strategy, funnel metrics, and customer segmentation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
Ability to travel 25%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
