What You Will Do
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, HRBP supporting the global Engineering organization
- Drive execution of Engineering transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across HR, Engineering leadership, and key functional partners
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects including workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and operational improvements
- Coordinate business rhythms such as strategic planning, operating reviews, and leadership updates
- Create executive-ready communications, presentations, and briefs that support decision-making and organizational alignment
- Analyze organizational, talent, and project data to identify trends, risks, and insights that inform strategy
- Strengthen HR integration by collaborating with COEs to align initiatives supporting Engineering’s strategic priorities
- Drive continuous improvement in team operations, stakeholder engagement, and project execution processes

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
- 6+ years of experience in project management, HR strategy, business operations, consulting, or transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex or technical organizations
- Experience in change management and cross-functional stakeholder leadership
Qualifications We Prefer
- Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent
- Experience working within large global organizations, ideally within RTX or aerospace/defense sectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce and organizational data to generate insights
- Familiarity with organizational transformation, engineering processes, and technology-driven organizational change

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
