As Associate Director, Product Operations, you will be the operational leader enabling successful execution across our growing OpenBlue portfolio, helping product, engineering, AI, commercial, and customer success teams deliver exceptional customer outcomes at scale.
You will play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution, ensuring alignment across teams, managing key customer programs, supporting commercial growth, and driving operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of digital and AI-enabled solutions.
What You Will Do
Lead Cross-Portfolio Program Execution
- Drive the successful delivery of complex, multi-product programs across the OpenBlue portfolio.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business priorities.
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and resource alignment across multiple teams.
Enable Exceptional Customer Success
- Act as a trusted partner to Customer Success teams and serve as a key escalation point for portfolio-wide customer needs.
- Support customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion efforts across OpenBlue solutions.
- Help ensure customer feedback is translated into actionable product and operational improvements.
Support Commercial Growth
- Partner with Commercial and Sales teams to support RFPs, RFIs, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Coordinate contributions from Product, Engineering, AI, UI/UX, and Delivery teams to develop compelling customer proposals.
- Track proposal outcomes and identify opportunities to improve future win rates.
Drive Portfolio Planning and Operational Excellence

Support Portfolio Performance and Growth

- Experience leading complex stakeholder groups and influencing executive-level decision making.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, PI Planning, and portfolio management practices.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability tracking, and portfolio reporting.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, global environment.

- Experience supporting enterprise software RFPs and complex customer procurement processes.
- Background in smart buildings, IoT, sustainability, workplace solutions, HVAC technologies, or digital building platforms.
