Associate Director - Product Management

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven product leader to join us as an Associate Director – Product. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying high-impact problems, defining innovative product solutions, and driving execution to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key initiatives

• Identify the right problems to solve through deep user understanding and data analysis

• Develop innovative, insight-led product solutions with measurable impact

• Leverage strong SQL skills to extract insights, evaluate performance, and support data-informed decisions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams

• Prioritize features based on business impact, effort, and user value

• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a strong product culture

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C or consumer-facing products.

• Proven track record of launching and scaling impactful products.

• Strong SQL proficiency – able to independently query data and derive insights.

• Deep problem-solving mindset – ability to identify the right problems and define structured solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging data to drive innovation and product decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Prior experience in gaming or entertainment platforms is a strong plus
