Job Description

The role will sit at the intersection of product management and operation excellence focused on approved projects for new and ongoing initiatives, support business development activities, and support the execution and maintenance of the target operating model.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Private Markets Solutions, supporting Private Credit and Hybrid Private Market funds across the full lifecycle - from loan onboarding through ongoing loan management to NAV deliverables.
  • Serve as SME lead on projects advancing the product and business roadmap, partnering with Private Debt Operations, Product and Technology teams to design new business models, launch new product lines, and redesign existing processes and technology.
  • Support the development and enhancement of Loan Administration, Loan Agency and Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) products.
  • Partner with business development teams on client demos and lead the onboarding of new deals into the Target Operating Model.
  • Triage and resolve business queries relating to Private Debt processing on Sentry and its integrations between internal and external systems.
  • Act as the liaison between the business and the SaaS vendor to remediate training gaps, bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validation of outputs, and ongoing production support.
  • Contribute to process documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders while working virtually across global locations and time zones.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years’ work experience
  • 3 - 6 years' experience in Private Debt
  • 3 - 4 years' experience using the Sentry portfolio management platform
  • Strong understanding of Private Debt products, accounting, & processes including Loan Administration, Loan Agency and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO)
  • Capable of supporting requirements and testing for business/application requests
  • Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work both independently or as part of a team 
  • Ability to communicate and present information to a variety of clients, stakeholders and staff at all levels of an organization
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English

Skills Required
