  • Synthesize complex financial, operational, supplier, market, and organizational information into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Identify performance gaps, cross-functional dependencies, and execution risks, and work with accountable leaders to establish recovery actions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chief Procurement Officer and Procurement Leadership Team on strategic, financial, organizational, and transformation priorities.
  • Develop clear and compelling narratives, recommendations, presentations, and decision materials for senior leadership and other executive forums.
  • Create alignment across Procurement leadership by connecting initiatives, surfacing interdependencies, and clarifying decisions, ownership, and required actions.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials that improve visibility, enable faster decisions, and convey procurements benefit from broader organization.
  • Partner with Communications, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and functional leaders to support organizational priorities, leadership engagement, and change initiatives.
  • Support Procurement talent and capability priorities, including organizational design, role clarity, leadership sessions, capability roadmaps, development programs, and succession-related discussions.
  • Facilitate high-impact leadership workshops and strategy sessions that convert complex topics into decisions and executable actions.
  • Represent Procurement’s strategy and transformation agenda in cross-functional forums and, where appropriate, with external partners, advisors, and industry organizations.
