💻 Role
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and talent development.
- Guide the leadership team in the development and implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with company vision and goals.
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all locations, enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Implement employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms to ensure a high-performance environment.
- Develop and manage performance review systems that align with company objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters.
- Create and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Establish leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all operating regions.
- Streamline People Operations processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
👋 About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in startup companies is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in HK, TW, and the US.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
