💻 Role

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and talent development.
  • Guide the leadership team in the development and implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with company vision and goals.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all locations, enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms to ensure a high-performance environment.
  • Develop and manage performance review systems that align with company objectives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters.
  • Create and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Establish leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all operating regions.
  • Streamline People Operations processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.

👋 About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in startup companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in HK, TW, and the US.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
