Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a dynamic Associate Director to spearhead our sales-driven initiatives targeting the occupier audience within the commercial real estate sector across the Asia Pacific market. In this pivotal role, you will focus on strategic marketing activity, with a particular focus on bottom-of-the-funnel strategies to accelerate sales growth, enhance client conversion rates, secure renewals and drive significant sales outcomes.
As Associate Director, Occupier Services, you will play a crucial role in crafting sales-focused marketing strategies that directly support our sales objectives and expand our market share.

Job Description

Principal focus areas will include:

  • Sales-Driven Strategy Development: Formulate and execute marketing initiatives that align closely with sales goals, targeting occupier-focused business lines to boost revenue.

  • Client Engagement and Conversion: Implement strategies to deepen client relationships and improve engagement, actively driving conversions and renewals through personalized marketing.

  • Data-Driven Insights and Performance Optimization: Leverage analytics to gain insights into client behaviors, continuously refine sales strategies, and improve marketing effectiveness to achieve sales targets.

  • Market Share Expansion: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance brand presence, develop sector-specific approaches, and penetrate new markets across the Asia Pacific.

  • Brand Awareness and Market Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness initiatives, develop sector-specific strategies, and expand market presence in Asia Pacific.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong sales orientation, able to lead the charge in using innovative marketing tactics to drive sales and secure a competitive edge in the commercial real estate industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales-Focused Strategy Development: Design and implement targeted marketing strategies that align with sales objectives, specifically for occupier-focused business lines, to enhance revenue growth and market share.

  • Account-Based Marketing Leadership: Cultivate intimate knowledge of key accounts and establish an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) model across the Asia Pacific region to drive personalized engagement and conversion.

  • Client Engagement and Cross-Selling: Collaborate with local market teams to understand client needs and uncover cross-selling opportunities, enhancing sales outcomes and client satisfaction.

  • Creation of Sales-Driven Deliverables: Lead the development of impactful sales tools, thought leadership content, and digital assets to support the sales team and improve client communications.

  • Digital Sales Enablement: Implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to maximize return on investment, streamline client interactions, and increase conversion rates.

  • Knowledge Management and Process Optimization: Utilize platforms like Synapse to improve process efficiencies and marketing effectiveness, empowering the sales team with necessary insights and tools.

  • Performance Analytics and Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics to automate proposal responses and refine marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales targets.

  • Brand and Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to boost brand awareness and develop sector-specific strategies, strengthening market presence across the Asia Pacific.

  • Data-Driven Insights and Localization: Leverage data analytics to inform thought leadership content and client care programs, tailoring strategies to local market demands to elevate overall market presence.

  • Collaborative Sales Strategy Enhancement: Work closely with Business Development and Sales (BDS) teams to integrate sector and market strategies, emphasizing a comprehensive and cohesive approach to achieving sales goals.
