General Description:
Under the direction of the Head of Commercial Business this individual is responsible to maximize the performance of BeOne’s products in Region North (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and CENCA) The Associate Marketing Director develops and implements the defined go-to-market strategy and is responsible for achieving defined commercial targets being supported by defined resources and investment budgets.
Responsible for developing and implementing the brand commercial strategy for Brand/Portfolio. Key responsibilities will include tactical plan development, implementation, communications, stakeholder management and tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Essential Functions:
Building an image/brand vision and awareness for BeOne and its products in the hemato-oncology and solid tumors markets in alignment with overall business strategy Strategic planning and tactical execution for the brand/portfolio, including driving the launch and setting the strategic direction of a new asset Implementing local marketing strategies for upcoming launches in the haemato-oncology and solid tumor markets. Provide country input into overall Global Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional creation of regional brand plan and local and regional l tactics in alignment with international brand plan, including digital tactics Lead development and implementation of omnichannel strategic and tactical plan, partnering with brand managers and cross functional teams Identify agencies/vendors/technology/tools that can benefit the execution of tactics Develop and create customer-centric promotional tools/materials for field-force and general business use Development of aligned messaging foster relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders and medical societies. In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operation and Business Analytics etc.) generate relevant Market Insights (Market Research, etc.) that help develop targeted tactics and show impact of implemented tools as well as identify commercial opportunities Organize regular training and updates for Customer facing team Own and manage the Marketing budget; own project management (planning, execution, follow up) for commercial activities and projects together with admin support (contracts, invoices, communication, reconciliation) Project management for commercial activities and projects together with admin support (contracts, invoicing, communication) Achievement of the New Markets regional commercial goals and defined performance parameters. Brand and budget planning and monitoring. Partner with Global Supply to ensure product, minimize back orders and improve forecast error. Close cross-functional cooperation with colleagues in the other departments and with the cross functional team at Regional Level. Keeping management informed of any market changes/competitor activities which are relevant to strategy implementation and development. Participate and support local teams in preparing BeOne presence at national and international congresses, scientific meetings, symposia and workshops Driving business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct. Ensure compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values. Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.
Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:
University degree is preferred in business, economics, biological or medical sciences. 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years in marketing roles
Other Experience:
- Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions, life science degree (university, college) and professional experience
- At least 8 years of qualified work experience in commercial roles
- Established / Reinforce relation with KOLs and OLs understanding the clinical / scientific details for commercial success
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
- Specific knowledge in the hemato-oncology market
- High social competence and capacity for teamwork
- Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude
- Success-, service-, and commercial-oriented thinking and working
- Exceptional communication and thought leadership
- Solid knowledge in Hemato-Oncology and/or in Oncology – solid tumors- is mandatory / special knowledge in the fields of Lymphomas or Lung Cancer is desirable
- Confident manners, good customer acceptance due to medical and scientific expertise
- Enjoy working in a commercial team and doing project work as well as networking
- Making things happen has the right level of implementation skills.
