1. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
2. Lead to conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer segments, and user behavior to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
3. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the organization's data assets, complying with relevant regulations and best practices.
Marketing Product Commercialization:
1. Lead to identify opportunities for media monetization and marketing product commercialization as other income that will lead to an increase in sales.
2. Lead to drive marketing product commercialization, ensuring offerings are competitive, innovative, and meet evolving company needs.
3. Ensure sales increase opportunities and maximize revenue by finding potential new customers and new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in media and data monetization, marketing performance analytics, or a related role, with at least 7-10 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of media monetization strategies, data monetization models, and marketing performance optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on revenue growth, data-driven decision-making, and marketing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and data privacy regulations is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices in media monetization and marketing analytics.
