Associate Director, Marketing, East China

Key Responsibilities：

·         负责所在大区的租赁和项目开发工作；

·         负责项目前期的开发工作，包括但不限于潜在客户、土地、定制项目等的寻求和开发；

·         负责对所辖市场上现有物流项目及竞争对手的调查及研究，包括资产及股权转让形式、物业管理形式等；

·         负责设施开发后的销售及租赁工作，包括市场调研，资源整理，客户跟踪，建议书的制作、合同制定及谈判工作，物业交接中的承接工作等；

·         参与客户针对项目的特殊要求的改造，改建等工作，作为联系客户和工程部门针对改造工作的纽带；

·         协同物业部门定期回访客户，及时解决客户在使用仓库方面的困难及问题；

·         定期参加行业或与潜在客户相关联论坛、峰会、展会等宣传交流平台，在宣传公司及物业的基础上保持与客户及潜在客户、政府各职能部门的联系；

·         维护现有客户资源，与现有客户保持良好的沟通和关系；

·         定期参与向总部以及投资人汇报交易发展进度；

·         向公司内部研究部门提供所在大区市场研究相关材料，包括供应和需求分析；

·         完成上级领导交办的其他工作，配合其他同事和团队实现公司和所在大区的战略和战术目标。

·         大学本科及以上，专业不限；

·         8-10年以上房地产、物流、咨询机构或政府部门的工作经验，有工业地产/产业园租赁谈判及土地开发相关知识；

·         基本的英语书写及沟通 ；

·         有良好的沟通和团队协作能力 ；

·         能够接受频繁出差。
