About You

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams for both our raw material and finished product warehouses. This role provides people leadership and has additional managers reporting into this role.
In this role, you will be entirely responsible to drive all North America technology roadmap and implementations in our Warehouse space where there are multiple technical solutions.
The Associate Director is a leader, who partners with the business in developing roadmaps, implementation strategies, develop talent and provide mentorship and guidance to multiple levels of team members under him
Scope/Categories: Role will report to the Director (Logistics). Role will have multiple direct reportees including managers and architects. Key Interfaces: Business Partner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Enterprise Architect, Business Client, Internal DTS teams and other software developers. External Interfaces: Robotics vendor teams, external vendors .
Travel may include approximately 10% of work time.
In this role you will:
Involved in leading delivery of most complex client technical projects in KCNA
Support in the definition of business and technical requirements to ensure strategies and solutions are aligned with business needs
Attract and develop talent
Ensure design practices, artefacts and processes are in line with leading industry patterns and practices.
Provide technical governance and assurance for proposed solutions throughout the delivery life cycle.
Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with business plans,solution design and delivery
Support and lead in the development of internal architecture best practices and people
Build expertise of best-in-class solutions / technology
Works directly with Business resources to define multi year plans
Leads and drives multiple streams within IT and the business teams in coming to a common understanding of processes and technology solutions to support them.
Maintains in-depth understanding of technical landscape for their capability area.
Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org with full awareness of industry trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree;
10+ years of Professional experience of Information Technology experience including working directly with business clients.
Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
Prior People leadership experience is necessary
Strong working knowledge of SAP supply chain platforms, specifically Warehouse Management System (Extended Warehouse Management, StockRoom, Inventory Management and other legacy platforms) and Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System.
Knowledge or experience in robotics integration is preferred.
Good understanding of developing reusable interfaces.
Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations.
Experience of integration with SAP ECC/S4 ERP (ERP Central Component/ SAP Business Suite 4 SAP HANA) is a plus
Broad range of business and IT experiences;
Has achieved technical and/or business certification(s).
Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
