As our Associate Director, Integrated Media, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Lead day-to-day client and internal contact/stewardship on media strategy and planning for assigned brands, demonstrating advanced strategic planning skills
  • Own client meetings at a senior level, effectively communicating performance, strategy, and actionable insights
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses to deliver against their evolving needs and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with channel pillars, SOLs/PALs to develop and communicate advanced media recommendations and POVs
  • Excel in cross-channel planning and buying, with a focus on driving innovation and maximizing ROI across omnichannel media campaigns
  • Build and nurture collaborative client relationships at a senior level, instilling trust and authority on behalf of the agency
  • Proactively update clients and internal teams on project status, industry trends, and strategic opportunities
  • Act as a strategic consultant for clients beyond their immediate book of business, providing thought leadership and strategic direction
  • Oversee and direct a media team of integrated media managers and/or strategists to effectively and efficiently handle daily needs/workflow
  • Act as a liaison between internal investment in order to produce the best media outputs and activations

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 8 to 10 years of traditional (TV, Radio, OOH, Print), digital (programmatic, paid search) and social media strategy and planning experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex, strategic, and integrated media campaigns that drive significant business impact and align to defined media KPIs
  • Demonstrate passion for emerging media concepts and targeting capabilities, channel opportunities, and industry trends, with a history of driving innovation and staying ahead of the curve
  • Strong influence and articulation of campaign success metrics, data strategy, reporting requirements, and actionable insights at a senior level
  • Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with senior clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrates advanced critical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and effective issue escalation
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Strong experience in audience research and competitive tools such as MRI/Simmons, Nielsen Ad Intel, Kantar, Pathmatics, Spyfu, etc.
  • Established track record of building deep client rapport, being a trusted advisor, and identifying strategic growth opportunities
  • Extensive experience in independently managing complex accounts, and client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams

The salary range for this role is $86,450 - $103,750, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
