Job DescriptionAs Associate Director, HR France, you support the execution of the HR strategy for Publishing teams in France and partner closely with leaders to advance the Executive Committee’s vision and strengthen engagement across Ubisoft.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy an innovative and exemplary social and HR policy aligned with the Executive Committee’s vision
- Accompany leaders and teams in the organizational transformation to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful implementation
- Drive key HR initiatives that enhance performance and employee experience
- Partner with managers & leaders to understand their challenges and provide tailored HR guidance
- Advise on performance management, organizational changes, team evolution, and sensitive employee situations
- Support team structuring and organizational optimization
- Anticipate skill needs and contribute to talent development plans
- Coordinate with expertise teams for HR policy deployment in France : recruitment, HR operations, compensation, learning
- Oversee annual HR cycles (salary reviews, promotions, performance processes)
- Monitor key HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, mobility, performance) to support change management and prevention of psychosocial risks
- Work closely with global Publishing HR team to ensure consistency of HR strategy within Publishing
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners
- Manage social relations in collaboration with the Work Council coordination team
- Significant experience in Human Resources at a senior manager HRBP ideally in an international environment
- Demonstrated capability to manage, mentor and develop HR professionals
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, influence decisions, and support organizational transformation
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics to guide actions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations
- Autonomy, adaptability, and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
- Strong capacity for strategic thinking while maintaining a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach
- Strong command of French labor law with experience assisting in social relations processes and interactions with employee representatives
