In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance our hospitality offerings, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and promoting an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development of asset positioning strategies and operator selection processes
- Manage the execution of feasibility studies, asset briefs and financial modeling for high-impact projects
- Support senior team members in strategic planning and stakeholder alignment
- Manage third party consultants as required
- Oversee execution of hospitality strategy across multiple assets
- Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hospitality strategy, project management, or related roles with a proven track record of leadership.
