Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development & Maintenance
- Lead the design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of Private Banking credit products.
- Conduct market benchmarking to identify product gaps, enhancement opportunities, and innovation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including term sheets, operational workflows, and pricing frameworks.
- Manage product governance activities, including periodic product reviews, risk assessments, and policy updates.

- Map, evaluate, and streamline credit product processes from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and robust controls.
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Credit Risk, and Front Office teams to redesign workflows, automate manual processes, and reduce turnaround times.
- Drive digital and process transformation initiatives, including document simplification, straight‑through processing, and system enhancements.
- Establish, monitor, and report key process indicators to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Regulatory & Policy Adherence
- Ensure all credit products and processes comply with applicable regulatory guidelines, internal credit policies, and risk frameworks.
- Coordinate product approvals through internal governance forums, risk committees, and senior management reviews.
- Work closely with Compliance and Legal to assess regulatory changes and translate new requirements into updated product standards.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, governance logs, and audit‑ready records.
