Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry, financial, credit, commercial, and market analysis to support transaction execution and business development activities.
- Assist in structuring transactions and developing innovative debt, structured finance, and equity-linked funding solutions for both domestic and cross-border deals.
- Support the preparation and review of client pitches, proposals, and pricing analyses.
- Assist in ensuring the timely and successful execution of mandated transactions.
- Participate in due diligence exercises, preparation of term sheets, review of planning memoranda, information memoranda, and transaction documentation, as well as regulatory submissions and transaction completions.
- Participate in investor roadshows, assist in sell-down activities, and help maintain strong investor relationships.
- Provide support for regional Debt Capital Markets (DCM) product coverage initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Possession of a Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence (CMSRL) would be a strong advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
