Major Accountabilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to define platform strategy and oversee delivery.
Define key features, specifications, and requirements of the platform based on customer preferences. Assess business requirements and provide recommendations for optimal solutions.
Enforce architectural standards and best practices for Power Platform development. Create project timelines and implementation schedules. Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with the organization's technology landscape and integration needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to vendor development teams working on Power Platform projects, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions. Establish governance processes and policies to ensure effective management and delivery using the Power Platform environment.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout delivery.
Work with development teams to define specifications for customizations and custom code. Support multiple Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and creating technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
Over 14 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry
Strong understanding of GenAI concepts such as RAG patterns, indexing, and LLMs
Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, and Azure Stack
Experience in design and architecture of SharePoint Online and M365/Power Platform solutions using Canvas Apps, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Cloud Flows
M365 experience including governance, policy definition, process creation, and license management
Experience with Azure DevOps
