What You Will Do:
Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights across business units
Support the centralization and streamlining of financial reporting processes, helping to establish a scalable reporting framework and driving the monthly analysis and commentary cadence.
Partner with IPG Corporate and network finance teams to integrate data intelligence and visualization efforts, utilizing enterprise dashboards and data lakes to improve reporting efficiency and insight delivery.
Partner with global FP&A teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for key operational groups.
Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of automated reporting tools and dashboards (leveraging platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or Workday).
Mentor junior team members and help guide their development as FP&A generalists with specialized tracks in reporting, analytics, or business case development, as appropriate.
Ensure alignment with enterprise reporting policies and help maintain the integrity of financial systems and data inputs.
Champion process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices in FP&A
governance and reporting standards.
What You Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning processes and provide business-oriented insights.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong experience with Adaptive Insights,
Workday, Power BI, or similar tools is highly desirable.
Proven success in building relationships across cultures and time zones; global experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for executive audiences.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
