The Role (Describe the role):

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Director of Content & Communication to design and scale the engine that fuels Anchanto’s organic demand and strengthen our brand. You will own campaigns, thought leadership, and communications across multiple markets with clear objectives: generate organic demand, build brand affinity, and increase our reach and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content & Demand Generation
    1. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that drive organic demand across multiple markets and channels..
    2. Own Anchanto’s thought leadership agenda, creating content that positions us as a category leader.
    3. Design and execute the content funnel: from blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to webinars, videos, and podcasts.
    4. Act like a media company: develop content series, campaigns, and content frameworks that can be adapted across different regions and languages.
    5. Optimize content for SEO/GEO and organic discovery to maximize reach and engagement.
    6. Maintain and govern a centralized campaign and content calendar to ensure alignment across global and regional teams, avoid overlaps, and optimize sequencing.
  2. Campaign Management & Strategy
    1. Translate company priorities into integrated marketing campaigns with clear ICPs, messaging, funnel design, and asset mapping.
    2. Partner with Sales, KAM, and Regional Marketing teams on enablement materials to maximize demand capture.
    3. Review campaign performance and derive insights to optimize future cycles.
  3. Communication & Brand
    1. Own all corporate communications: social media, PR, analyst relations, and email marketing.
    2. Build a consistent and authentic brand voice that resonates across 12+ markets and multiple languages.
    3. Strengthen Anchanto’s brand identity, ensuring tone and messaging are aligned across channels.
    4. Manage and expand media relations, driving coverage and thought leadership in key markets.
    5. Partner with leadership to amplify Anchanto’s story externally and internally.
    6. Track and act on industry trends in SaaS, retail, and supply chain to keep Anchanto’s content and communications ahead of the curve.
  4. Management & Content Ops
    1. Lead, mentor, and grow a team.
    2. Establish clear KPIs for organic demand generation, content performance, and brand reach.
    3. Build scalable Content Ops processes: editorial calendar, workflows, localization, agency coordination, and reporting.
    4. Manage tools and platforms (CMS, analytics, project management, AI/automation).
    5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to build scalable localization frameworks and adapt global narratives to fit regional nuances.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated track record of driving demand through content, campaigns, and SEO in B2B SaaS, B2C, or media environments
  2. Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies in content creation and communications to drive efficiency and impact
  3. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. You can set the vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen
  4. Strong knowledge of brand development and communications across multiple channels and touchpoints
  5. Proven experience leading campaigns and communications across multiple countries and languages
  6. Ability to create engaging narratives that speak to individuals, not just companies, bringing humanity to B2B communications
  7. Experience managing and developing teams, as well as working with external agencies and partners.
  8. Passion for following and leveraging emerging trends in content, technology, and communications.
  9. Knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or supply chain ecosystems is a plus.
