Position Description
As a key member of our digital wealth and virtual asset team, you will lead and drive multiple operational projects related to the development and management of innovative digital wealth and virtual asset products. You will oversee client onboarding procedures, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensure regulatory compliance, and support system enhancements to optimize operational efficiency and risk management. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will also play a critical role in shaping policies, maintaining compliance, and advancing our digital asset operations.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Drive multiple operation projects for the new digital wealth platform and virtual asset products
Develop client onboarding process, KYT reviews, analyze potential risks, and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure regulatory conformity and periodic reviews
Work with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, legal, compliance, risk, and fraud to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and support business objectives
Handle client instructions related to digital product transactions, approve transfers, liaise with front office and external parties, and ensure all transactions comply with internal and external standards
Support system modifications, participate in UAT, develop policies and improve workflows such as trade lifecycle processes, risk management, cybersecurity, incident response, and ensure business continuity, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership for operational improvements
Collaborate with internal and external parties to maximize value, develop partnership frameworks, and analyze opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Oversee testing and quality assurance of digital product for accuracy, functionality, and flow, while ensuring all campaign materials meet targeted compliance, regulatory approvals, and internal policies
Stay abreast of regulatory obligations, risk management guidelines, and ensure adherence to internal control processes in all responsible areas
Perform ad hoc analysis and projects support for business decision making, process enhancement and efficiencies as required
Requirements
Degree holder in Tech-Fin or related discipline(s) with 8+ years relevant working experience and 4 years in Digital Financial Services/ eCommerce/ InsurTech/ Fintech/ Virtual Asset
In-depth knowledge of the operations of digital wealth product and virtual asset company, preferably gained through working in the operations management functions
Experience and proven results in operational management and delivery of a digital platform and markets
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to influence various teams across the organization and address complex issues in a timely manner
Hands on experience in drafting and implementing policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
Strong business acumen, with a good understanding of business strategies and ability to align initiatives to broader business objectives
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills will be preferred
