POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Associate Director will lead the execution of non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives across both HCP (Healthcare Professional) and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels. This role is responsible for driving digital engagement, optimizing content performance, and ensuring seamless omnichannel execution to support brand objectives.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead development and deployment of HCP and Consumer digital channels and media plans & assets (websites, social media, banners, 3rd party platforms, SEM, CRM, etc.) in collaboration with HCP and Consumer marketing
  • Manage creation and adaptation of derivative content for various digital platforms, including owning content & approvals through promotional review committee.
  • Execute the omnichannel strategy, ensuring alignment across digital touchpoints, including development of content and segment-level engagement objectives.
  • Monitor and manage content expiration to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Oversee website UX enhancements to improve engagement and conversion, in close collaboration with media plans
  • Lead FAST-P optimizations and outreach initiatives to activate and retain patients.
  • Ensure timely content updates and expiration management across assets.
  • Collaborate with HCP and Patient marketing leads to plan, assess and optimize media plans for HCP and Patient audiences.
  • Collaborate with Field teams to enable high quality execution and impact with digital strategies and messaging.
  • Manage key vendor relationships for media and digital strategy and content creation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of HCP and DTC marketing strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns and media budgets.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital analytics, and content management systems.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with patient support programs and digital access tools.
  • Familiarity with Formtrak or similar access platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
