Job Description

The Experience Lead for the Digital Lab is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving digital innovation to meet business goals. This role involves managing and developing high-impact digital solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of digital strategies across brand projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand (client) Relationship Management:
    1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand team, serving as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their brand needs and Digital Lab services.
    2. Develop a deep understanding of brand objectives and guide them in leveraging relevant digital lab solution to achieve their business goals.
  2. Strategic Leadership:
    1. Oversee the development and execution of innovative digital lab strategies that enhance client engagement and drive measurable results. Including the planning and delivery of digital lab projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
    2. Collaborate with brand leaders to identify future opportunities for digital     transformation and innovation within their organizations that the Digital Lab can support.
  3. Indirect Leadership and Management:
    1.  Provide indirect leadership and management to Digital Lab team members aligned with the business initiatives they are leading.  Brief the Digital Lab cross functional team when new business challenges exist, brainstorm and co-create solutions, package up and recommend solutions to brand marketing.
    2. Share feedback and learnings with Digital Lab capability leaders to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded and we evolve to meet the needs of the brand teams.
    3. Encourage a collaborative environment and facilitate team development to ensure team members' skills are cutting-edge and aligned with industry trends.
  4. Communication with Senior Marketing Leaders:
    1.  Effectively communicate the work and contributions of the entire Digital Lab to senior marketing leaders, highlighting how these efforts drive business success.
    2. Provide insights and updates on digital innovation initiatives and their impact on business growth and strategic objectives.
    3. Discuss opportunities on how both groups can evolve to drive greater business impact
  5. Financial Management:
    1. Develop and manage Digital Lab brand budgets process, providing transparency into the funds and resources needed to support their business and ensuring financial objectives are met while delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Experience Lead/ Account Lead or similar role in a digital or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, technology trends, and innovation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • ​​​​​​Minimum of 8-10 years in digital marketing or related experience
