Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor and become an integral part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market team. As a certified expert in your field, you’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing technology solutions for our valued customers, with AI at the core. Working hand in hand with our Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted ally and visionary, delivering differentiated value to our customers. Through engaging demos and compelling presentations, you will showcase our credibility and authority in the industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers.

What you will do
Lead and Coordinate
•Take the lead: Coordinate the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices.
•Support the team: You’ll support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners.
Develop and Deliver Solutions
•Think strategically: Identify the intricate business and technical requirements of our customers, leveraging our vast capabilities to generate winning cross-practice solutions.
•Drive our success: Use your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you’ll develop profitable deals.
Collaborate, Communicate and Build Relationships
•Collaborate to create: Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions.
•Connect our capabilities: Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style, will enable you to effortlessly convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an AI Practitioner, AI Consultant, AI Architect, or Customer Technology Advisor, with a strong track record of translating AI capabilities into business outcomes.

  • Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI use-case development, with the ability to articulate business value and transformation opportunities.

  • Hands-on experience with modern application technologies, including ReactJS, UX/UI concepts, and AI-enabled digital solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO) through strategic technology conversations, executive presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.

  • Strong consultative and business advisory skills, with experience translating complex business challenges into practical technology solutions.

  • Experience leading or supporting pre-sales, solutioning, architecture, or consulting engagements and contributing to opportunity shaping and deal development.

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling proofs of concept (POCs), demos, prototypes, and AI transformation roadmaps.

  • Hands-on technical background with the credibility to engage both business and technical audiences.

  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, preferably across multiple geographies or in a matrixed environment.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

  • Successfully completed technical assessments or demonstrated equivalent technical competency in AI and software engineering disciplines.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with Banking and Financial Services clients.

  • Prior experience in a Customer Technology Advisor, Principal Consultant, AI Consultant, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, CTO, or Technology Advisory role.

  • Technical certifications in AI, Cloud, Data, or Architecture domains.

  • Experience building or leading regional AI communities, Centers of Excellence, or AI practitioner teams.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
