Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate Director of Analytics who will:

  • Help lead the North America Analytics team, measuring the success of media executions and delivering actionable insights that support data-informed decision-making and continuous innovation.

  • Lead the design and measurement of Brand and Direct Response campaigns, including Brand Lift studies, A/B testing, and Matched Market Tests (MMTs), ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Present complex data and analytical findings in a clear, visually engaging, and actionable manner to clients and internal teams.

  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored analytical solutions.

  • Collaborate across departments to integrate analytics into campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.

  • Partner with internal and external teams on data integrity, reporting, experimentation, and ad-hoc analysis.

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor analytics professionals, ensuring effective delegation, efficient workflows, timely delivery of high-quality outputs, and continued professional development.

  • Lead and develop the analytics team within the Bogotá hub, promoting analytical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with teams across New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and alignment across regions.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college, with a 3.0 GPA or equivalent, in Analytics or Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in a data-based role, preferably within a media agency.

  • Exposure to the measurement of both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns, including A/B experimentation and test design, Brand Lift studies, control versus exposed experimental frameworks, and short-term media effectiveness evaluation.

  • Experience designing and evaluating Matched Market Tests (MMTs).

  • Experience managing a team and delegating effectively.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Google Docs is a plus.

  • Familiarity with programming languages; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

  • Strong ability to present data in a visually engaging and insightful manner, clearly communicating the findings that matter.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong understanding of digital campaign data, including which data points can be collected and how to analyze them.

  • Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams and translating client needs into actionable analytical work.
