The Associate Director, Business Processes is a senior leadership role within the Clinical Solutions Data Operations team, responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes across a complex, matrixed environment.
This role is accountable for process performance, governance, and issue resolution across critical workflows, while driving operational stability and supporting an AI-first approach to scalable improvement. The successful candidate will bring solid business process leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder influence, with the ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and deliver sustainable outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the performance and control of critical data and business workflows, ensuring delivery within expected cycle times and service expectations
- Monitor workflow, incident, and process performance to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Lead the escalation and resolution of operational issues and process blockages to maintain business continuity and service stability
- Drive continuous improvement through process redesign, standardization, and AI-first, scalable solutions aligned to business needs
- Lead cross-functional delivery by managing plans, dependencies, and accountability across stakeholders
- Build solid partnerships across business, operations, and technology teams to align priorities, deliver outcomes, and lead with integrity, inclusion, innovation, and performance

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certification in Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, project management, or a related field
- Experience designing, improving, and governing end-to-end business and data processes
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across a complex, global organization
- Experience leading data quality or audit-related initiatives in complex data and technology environments
- Proven solid analytical skills, including use of reporting and visualization tools to generate actionable insights
- Proven solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve cross-functional issues and communicate effectively with senior leaders
- Proven solid planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery across complex initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or formal training in Data Analytics or a related discipline
- Proven knowledge of the US healthcare services industry
- Familiarity with US healthcare Risk Adjustment and population health management
