About your team
The Regional Marketing team is a dedicated marketing centre of excellence resource within the Asia Pacific region designed to foster excellence in marketing strategy and execution through the development of regionally executed marketing programmes and the provision of strategic and tactical support to country marketing teams. The regional team works alongside country channel marketing teams as well as regional and local distribution teams to ensure a consistent strategic direction for our sales and marketing programmes.
The Strategic Marketing Initiatives team is designed to create strong competitive advantage marketing programmes for the region to achieve leading position as the preferred brand and leading investment solution partner to our clients. This team is also responsible to manage brand development and governance, marketing programmes working / connecting with the Central team and other regional marketing functions such as Digital Marketing and Product and Content Marketing to maximise the marketing & brand value to the region.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Social Planning, Activation & Governance
- Serve as social champion for APAC ex Japan to amplify our brand impact.
- Develop APAC social media strategy, content pillars and governance framework.
- Establish regional channel architecture and operating model.
- Lead APAC YouTube and LinkedIn centre of excellence and manage always-on content calendar and execution.
- Build scalable investment education programmes across markets with focus on HK, SG and TW.
- Develop compelling content storylines, cut through copy and innovative layout formats in partnership with agency for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Develop social intelligence and competitor insight capability.
- Partner and support local markets with content toolkits, content posts and best practices to increase efficiency, consistency and impact.
- Manage regional / global paid social campaigns, partnerships, amplification and leads generation.
- Deliver APAC social measurement and reporting framework.
- Partner the Global Brand COE to develop and update cutting edge social content templates for local usage on an ongoing basis and drive adherence to global social guidelines.
- Drive social content optimisation for AI search and GEO visibility in partnership with other regional marketing functions and agency.
Brand Management
- Manage the annual APAC Brand Health Tracking Survey and distil insights and action points for improvements.
- Provide brand guidance and support for campaign executions to local markets.
Strategic Campaign & Programme Execution
- Support the development and execution of multi‑market integrated marketing campaigns and events aligned with regional strategic priorities.
- Localize and adapt global campaigns for APAC markets while ensuring brand and messaging consistency.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
- Seasoned social media marketing leader, ideally in-house in financial services, asset management, technology, or from agency background with a proven track record.
- A strategic mindset complemented with a hands-on approach.
- A flair for writing with an eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in Chinese would be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels, including digital, social, content marketing, and brand.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good stakeholder management—ability in working with local/regional/global marketing leadership, distribution, and external partners.
- Ability to collaborate across cultures, time zones, and seniority levels.
- Forward looking mindset -- open to cross-functional and cross-industry learnings.
Preferred
- Knowledge of investment or wealth management industry terminology and audiences.
- Experience working in APAC regional roles with multi‑country coordination.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics dashboards.
- Keen to make a mark, welcoming with enthusiasm new initiatives and opportunities that can be commercialised.
- Strong ability to anticipate requirements, obstacles, have plans ready to address them and be excellent in problem solving.
