Job Description:

Please Note: This is a hybrid position based in New York City. Candidates must be able to work from our NYC office on a regular basis and should be located within a reasonable commuting distance.

About the Role

We're seeking an Associate Director, Audience Data Partnerships to help shape and expand the data ecosystem that powers audience targeting, activation, and measurement solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of data partnerships, audience strategy, media technology, and commercialization. You'll be responsible for managing strategic relationships with data and identity partners, evaluating new data opportunities, and ensuring audience data assets are successfully integrated, adopted, and leveraged across the organization.

This is not a pure sales role or a deeply technical engineering position. Instead, we're looking for a relationship-driven strategist who can connect business needs, partner capabilities, and operational execution to deliver meaningful value for clients and the business.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow relationships with third-party data providers, identity partners, and strategic technology vendors.
  • Identify and evaluate new data partnership opportunities that enhance audience targeting and activation capabilities.
  • Coordinate onboarding, integration, and operational management of partner data assets.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and audience teams to ensure data is accessible, usable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Drive internal awareness, education, and adoption of audience data solutions.
  • Support commercialization efforts and help maximize the value and revenue potential of data partnerships.
  • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and data-related projects.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate combines strong partnership management skills with operational excellence and commercial thinking.

You'll be successful in this role if you can:

  • Build and maintain strategic partner relationships.
  • Manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Navigate ambiguity and solve problems proactively.
  • Influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Understand the operational lifecycle of data partnerships from onboarding through activation and adoption.
  • Balance relationship management with execution and business impact.
Key Experience

Successful candidates may bring experience in:

  • Data partnerships and partner management
  • AdTech or MarTech ecosystems
  • Audience and identity data solutions
  • Platform partnerships
  • Product operations
  • Strategic account management
  • Media, advertising, or marketing technology organizations
  • Vendor management and cross-functional program leadership

Additionally, candidates should have enough technical knowledge to understand concepts such as:

  • APIs and data integrations
  • Data onboarding and delivery workflows
  • Cloud storage environments
  • Data transfer processes
  • Audience and identity data solutions

While technical fluency is important, this role focuses on driving alignment, adoption, and business outcomes rather than hands-on engineering.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping audience data capabilities and strategic partnerships that support advanced targeting, activation, and measurement solutions. You'll work across product, technology, commercial, and partner organizations to influence strategy, drive innovation, and help build scalable solutions that create measurable business impact.
