The Role
Position Title: Associate / Digital Specialist 
Location: Remote
Experience Level: 5–7 years 

Overview: 
We’re looking for a Digital Specialist to support digital strategy, execution, and performance reporting for a federal program. This individual should bring strong hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, SEO, and reporting.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others. 
  • Develop SEO strategies and oversee implementation to improve visibility and content performance. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable reporting. 
  • Leverage AI-enabled platforms and features for campaign optimization, keyword research, and content insights where appropriate. 
  • Advise internal teams on digital best practices and lead execution of digital tactics. 
  • Collaborate with strategists and creatives to ensure integrated digital execution across channels. 
  • Lead digital media planning and execution, and will also manage integrated media buys that include small non-digital elements (e.g., radio or OOH), with strategic support from the Director.
Qualifications: 
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on campaign execution and reporting. 
  • Experience managing paid media on social and search platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content performance optimization. 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush and platform-specific dashboards. 
  • Comfortable making platform recommendations and optimizing based on performance. 
  • DoD or government experience strongly preferred.
