USA Job Family Description: Primarily responsible for generating and communicating both the short-term and long-term digital agenda to the wider firm. They oversee the following areas: customer experience, channel development, product management, strategy & transformation, operations, and analytics. A primary objective will be to unify and stimulate cross-collaboration between the different areas of the digital function as well as the wider business. Incumbent must operate within financial, budget and legislation constraints.
USA Job Function Description: Researches, develops and implements competitive Digital products and services for the consumer, small business and corporate markets to maximize profits. Translates technological advances and consumer needs into usable and marketable products. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the Digital life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures product meets regulatory and industry standards.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Works with the senior product owner to understand the product roadmap, create the product backlog, and define and prioritize user stories to support the roadmap
Combines knowledge of business needs and technology to create functional designs for Digital products
Works with the delivery team to coordinate development, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Digital products
Explains product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered
Gathers, reviews, and analyzes requirements from business users and subject matter experts to create and prioritize user stories
Liaises with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure approvals for requirements
Works with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog items
Promotes Agile principles
Translates business requirements into IT application impacts and business process impacts
Assists IT and business teams to ensure requirements and user stories are translated to test plans
Conducts research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible
Analyzes impact of proposed solution across the business and contributes a business or process perspective during backlog grooming meetings
Performs Data mining and Analysis to address key business issues
Assists QA and UAT teams to ensure that user stories can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed
Manages/assists with the creation and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing
Communicates with LOB partners, understands the problem at hand and ensures end-product quality
Works with the sr. product owner, project and product managers to complete and update project documentation and deliverables and attends project meetings

Education:
BS/BA degree or higher: Technology Field Req
Work Experience:
5+ Years Agile product owner or business analyst role Req
5+ Years Req
5+ Years Experience with Agile and waterfall development methodologies Req
5+ Years Experience operating within a Project Management framework Req
5+ Years Experience managing relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and outside vendors Req
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with your team
Ability to manage multiple scrum backlogs
Strong understanding of agile principles

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
