About the Role
The Associate Digital Content Manager is a key executor within the eCommerce content team, responsible for driving best-in-class product content, primarily imagery & copy, across our digital shelf. This role blends creative judgment, data-driven insight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure every Product Detail Page (PDP) reflects brand standards while closing gaps identified through consumer and competitive analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
- Serve as a key executor of jobs-to-be-done for the eCommerce content team, with a primary focus on imagery
- Lead gap analysis of PDP content, cascading creative needs and priorities up to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain and prioritize a content roadmap/calendar across SKUs, ensuring timely creative delivery ahead of launches
Consumer & Competitive Insights
- Analyze Above-the-Fold (ATF) approach and wireframes by leveraging Vizit analysis to optimize shopper engagement
- Leverage the Revuze review AI tool to surface consumer insights and apply them to PDP content strategy
- Review and optimize AI-generated insights to inform PDP content and layout optimizations
- Benchmark competitor PDPs and digital shelf presence to identify opportunities for differentiation
- Support A/B and multivariate testing of PDP content in partnership with insights and media teams
Creative Quality & Brand Consistency
- Review all incoming creative assets for quality and brand consistency; provide feedback and cascade updates to Business Unit (BU) partners
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all digital content and retailer platforms
- Ensure content complies with retailer-specific requirements (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target) and accessibility best practices (alt text, etc.)
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Support the innovation roadmap by defining what success looks like for new eCommerce product launches
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Brand teams to ensure product accuracy while addressing consumer-identified gaps
- Help evaluate and pilot emerging content and AI tools that could improve speed, quality, or personalization of PDP content
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce content, digital merchandising, or a related field
- Highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple SKUs, launches, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong sense of brand identity, storytelling, and visual quality; a good eye for what “looks right” for the brand
- Curious and analytical mindset, comfortable translating data and consumer feedback into clear creative direction
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator; able to work with Brand, Product, Creative, Media, and Insights teams
- Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback, with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and platforms
Nice to Have
- Prior eCommerce or PDP experience
- Familiarity with digital shelf and consumer insight tools such as Vizit, Revuze, or similar platforms
- Experience with SEO/AEO/GEO tools or keyword research platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Stackline, or similar)
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, or A+ Content creation
- Background in beauty, personal care, or CPG brands
- Comfort reviewing photo and video assets, with a working knowledge of creative production workflows
- Exposure to A/B or multivariate testing tools for PDP content

- PDP imagery and copy work together as one cohesive story that reflects brand standards and drives conversion
- Product copy is optimized for SEO/AEO/GEO, improving discoverability across traditional search, Amazon search, and AI-powered shopping assistants
- PDP presence is best-in-class across Amazon and other retail platforms
- ATF wireframes and content are optimized based on Vizit analysis, driving measurable improvements in shopper engagement
- Consumer insights from Revuze and other tools are systematically translated into PDP content and copy updates
- The content roadmap and calendar are proactively maintained, with creative and copy delivered on time ahead of launches
- Creative asset quality and brand voice, tone, and visual consistency are maintained across all digital content and retailer platforms
- Cross-functional partners across Brand, Product, Creative, Media, and Insights view the role as a trusted, proactive collaborator
- Content consistently meets retailer-specific requirements and accessibility best practices, closing gaps before they impact the shopper experience

Environmental Factors
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
