Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Engineer – Content Management to join our Digital Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, publishing, validating, and maintaining digital content across enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring content accuracy, consistency, usability, and an exceptional end-user experience.
You will own assigned content areas, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support product launches, content updates, and continuous improvements across MillerKnoll’s global digital platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The position is based in Bangalore, India, and supports global teams across multiple regions and business units.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in Content Management, Web Content Administration, Digital Operations, QA, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred.
- Exposure to Digital Asset Management (DAM), SharePoint, or similar enterprise platforms is an advantage.
- Manage and maintain digital content across enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with branding guidelines.
- Create, publish, update, and retire web pages, product pages, resource libraries, and other digital content.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver content updates on time.
- Perform content quality assurance by validating links, documents, images, metadata, translations, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent content and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate content publishing activities and support product launches, campaigns, and regional content updates.
- Troubleshoot content-related issues, investigate publishing defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Log, validate, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution while ensuring timely stakeholder communication.
- Manage digital assets, metadata, taxonomy, and content organization to improve searchability and discoverability.
- Support localization efforts by validating multilingual content and regional variations.
- Maintain documentation, publishing standards, and content governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve content workflows, publishing efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and change management procedures while contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
