Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $66,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

The candidate should also drive continuous process improvement and collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and software development teams to solve problems and implement new solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of custom web applications.  
  • Build user interfaces using Vue.js and modern front-end development practices.  
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and GraphQL 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards and best practices.  
  • Create and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, or end-to-end) to ensure application quality and reliability.  
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development ceremonies.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects in collaboration with team members.  
  • Work with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  
  • Continuously learn new technologies and development techniques, including AI-assisted development tools and emerging AI capabilities.  
  • Contribute to improving development workflows, automation, and engineering standards within the team.  

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).  
  • Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and modern web development concepts.  
  • Familiarity with Node.js or other backend frameworks.  
  • Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.  
  • Basic understanding of API development and REST or GraphQL concepts.  
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment.
