Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $66,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of custom web applications.
- Build user interfaces using Vue.js and modern front-end development practices.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and GraphQL.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, or end-to-end) to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects in collaboration with team members.
- Work with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously learn new technologies and development techniques, including AI-assisted development tools and emerging AI capabilities.
