We are looking for a partner for the position of Switchgear Protection and Control Specialist for our ABB team in Brno, which is a global leader in the production of LV and MV switchgear. Now with a recruitment contribution of 20,000 CZK. The main task of this position is to configure control and protection terminals in MV switchgear and test their correct functionality.
🛠 What will you do?
After joining, you will get to know the functioning of the MV switchgear department and production
Under the guidance of an experienced colleague, you will learn everything you need - we have a training plan ready to guide you through your beginnings
Configure protection terminals of MV switchgear
Test the functionality and control functions of MV switchgear
Collaborate with other team members (project managers, designers, designers, production)
If interested, you can professionally train our customers
You will deepen your expertise and develop further
🏢 What do we require?
Secondary/university education in electrical engineering
English that you can use in e-mail, meetings and video calls
Knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, Windows, Excel)
Basic knowledge of PLC programming is an advantage, but not a requirement - we will teach you more
Independence, desire to work and apply your knowledge and skills in practice
Driving license category B
