The Designer – Marketing and Social Content, creates designs and concepts for a wide range of marketing and social media deliverables and formats, gathering and applying consumer insights and demonstrating brand expertise, proficiency in craft, productivity, creativity, initiative and collaboration.
In this role, you will:
- Employ a range of styles to deliver innovative and successful design solutions
- Collaborate with creative leaders, peers, and cross-functional teams to contribute to a dynamic, engaged, and resilient creative environment.
- Apply industry knowledge, trends and consumer preferences
- Play a key role in ensuring that design strategies are effectively executed in the commercialization process
A proactive approach to professional growth, including seeking and applying feedback, is essential for success in this role.
The Designer should have the versatility to work across various marketing mediums including print, digital, email and more. Lettering and illustration skills as well as photo/video direction experience are encouraged, but not mandatory. The Designer – Marketing and Social Content is assigned work and takes direction from the Studio Art Director (and, at times, the Studio Editorial Director) who lead the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following are required to be considered for this role:
- BFA or BA in one of the following areas: graphic design, illustration, design, photography, 3D, multimedia or related visual communications field

- Technology Experience: Adobe Creative Suites and Figma; general computer programs supporting business communication (e.g., Word)

- This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, giving you the best of both worlds: collaborating in person at Headquarters in Kansas City, MO and enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.
