About the roleReporting into the Head of Category, you will support the delivery of Robot's 5-year Product Portfolio Plan through strategic external partnerships. This role combines portfolio oversight, partner engagement, and design management for outsourced projects.
Maintain visibility of the 5-year Product Portfolio Plan and align with evolving business priorities.
Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to identify and develop outsource partners for products, sub-assemblies, and technologies.
Define processes for partner engagement (RFI/RFP) and establish models for OPEX, CAPEX, and resource planning.
Manage central tracking of all external partner activities within Beauty.
Recommend delivery models for new products and leverage partnerships for cost, size, and performance improvements.
Degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent experience).
5+ years’ experience managing technical or manufactured products end-to-end.
Strong understanding of tooling, manufacturing techniques, and product development frameworks.
Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering; exposure to operations, procurement, and supply chain.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within spec and budget.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
