Job Responsibilities:
- Identifies and escalates potential OFAC related items.
- Complies with internal and external Rules/Regs/Procedures of the ACH Network.
- Resolves unidentified differences in GL holding accounts.
- Resolves customer research issues.
- Interacts with a wide variety of internal colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Adheres to internal/external SLA’s
- Escalates system issues and customer complaints to management/ACH vendor.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- 3-5 years previous Banking/Operational experience required.
- REG E/NACHA Rules experience preferred.
- ACH processing system knowledge and experience preferred.
- Ability to cover multiple colleague’s responsibilities in the case of PTO/Leaves of Absence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both remotely and onsite required.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain meaningful business relationships across multiple lines of business.
- In-depth working knowledge of current Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel and Teams.
- Exceptional organizational and record keeping skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
