We’re looking for an Associate - Demand Operations (Programmatic Partnership Manager) who will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with demand and supply partners across the programmatic ecosystem. - Build and manage strong relationships with demand and supply partners to drive long-term growth.
- Oversee DSP and SSP integrations, ensuring smooth setup and execution.
- Optimize programmatic performance across video, display, and app inventory to achieve revenue and efficiency goals.
- Monitor industry trends, ensuring compliance with brand safety, ad fraud prevention, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, analytics) to maximize yield and partner satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify opportunities, and implement strategic recommendations for scaling partnerships.
- Negotiate terms with partners to maximize value and profitability.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and revenue contribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in demand/supply partnerships or operations.
- Strong understanding of DSP/SSP integrations and the programmatic ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize performance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and familiarity with programmatic tools/platforms is a plus.
