JOB ROLE SUMMARY
Assists clients with campaign management through the following ways:
• Learn to execute and deliver projects across client’s marketing channels
• Become owner of “Operational Readiness” for assigned client’s marketing campaigns, ensuring all branches of marketing services and associated vendors have completed required processes before campaign launch.
• Develop full understanding of the details of client's data and marketing capabilities, ensuring elements of client’s marketing campaigns are properly programed systemically, audited and approved prior to launch.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Includes, but not limited to, marketing campaign project management via Adobe Workfront platform and associated tools.
- Prep & audit documents related to marketing projects
- Issue management and resolution
- Marketing campaign-related submissions to support client’s processes
- Manage and execute approvals of campaign launches
- Campaign post-launch validation
- Cross functional support
- Coordinates less to moderately complex campaigns which may include, but is not limited to, the review of campaign specifications, working with clients to validate and obtain sign-off of client deliverables and dynamic campaign execution
- Develops, maintains and improves client relationship through increased client communications. May have campaign and/or reporting specialty and may be point of contact for some client campaigns
- Participates in change management process for existing solutions which may include, but is not limited to, solution, tool and process changes
- Escalates process breakdowns or quality risks to management and/or process owner
- Drives and shares best practices, adoption of standards and lessons learned with internal client teams
- Develop and maintains subject matter expertise in designated account and processes
- Ensures compliance with established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements through audits
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years of experience
- Functional knowledge of solution management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders – answering questions, resolving issues, conducting research
- Attention to detail, important to monitor and audit
