What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and execute projects across a diverse customer portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Design and develop machine learning models for both internal initiatives and client-specific use cases
- Evaluate and monitor model performance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives
- Present findings, methodologies, and insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 1+ years experience working with healthcare data, including familiarity with claims, clinical, or operational datasets
- 1+ years demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-focused, with a proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities and delivering value
- Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.)
- Experience with SQL and working with large-scale relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud-based data tools such as Redshift, Athena, S3, SageMaker, and Github
- Knowledge of machine learning model evaluation, performance tuning, and deployment best practices
