Your role:
- Perform, with supervision, data cleaning procedures, maintenance review of EDC queries, including query issuance and resolution
- Develop, under supervision, data management tables and listings, data management plans, data validation plans and system validation plans.
- Respond, with supervision, to EDC help desk requests from sites and sponsors.
- Utilize, with supervision various EDC, RTSM (IRT), and reporting platforms to perform tasks.
- Assist in maintaining user access to study systems, ensuring compliance with 21 CFR 11.
- Participates in internal team meetings and sponsor meetings and responsible for taking meeting minutes and disturbing them to all appropriate team members.
- Develop, under supervision, database validation specifications, CRF Completion Guidelines, User Acceptance Testing scripts of data for study databases.
- Perform, under supervision, User Acceptance Testing for development study databases.
- Assist with data management reports as requested.
- Assist with the preparation, collection, and archival of study related clinical documents.
- Participate, with supervision in vendor data management as assigned.
- Assist with Project Management requests as requested.
- Other data management duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or IT related discipline. Advanced degree or diploma preferred.
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- 0-1 years’ experience in data management or database administration or Clinical or equivalent experience preferred.
- Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to exercise excellent attention to detail.
