What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics, you will work closely with business and technology teams across Wealth Management Europe (WME) to support the ongoing provision of data analytics and insights to the business with approximately 80% of the role allocated to dashboard design and delivery of analytics, and 20% focus on infrastructure design and database maintenance.
What will you do?

Create and modify existing interactive Tableau dashboards for business users, following established design standards and security protocols.

Support the development and enhancement of the evolving Data Analytics infrastructure in-line with the business needs to deliver efficient data driven solutions to business users and senior stakeholders in support of the overarching data strategy across the organisation.

Work with the business to identify and recommend new data points across core platforms for inclusion within the Data Analytics data repository.

Ability to structure large disparate data sets to serve multiple functions and tailor the results for specific audiences, to support investigation and analysis.

Support with the provision of internal team KPI’s, administration and reporting requirements, monitoring inbound requests, and triaging when possible.

Research and explore business problems and reporting requirements to support with the design, development and deployment of solutions and dashboards, enabling end user self-service, incorporating drill-down functionality.

Support with the provision of data driven and thought-provoking insights to drive informed decision-making, supporting stakeholders in using data more effectively to help improve the overarching data literacy across the organisation.

Analyse, document and recommend improvements to existing business practices to support opportunities for automation, efficiencies, and risk reduction to enhance capabilities and streamline end-to-end data related processes.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

Proven experience with MS SQL Server.

Good understanding of relational database principals, guidelines and design.

Good SQL query development experience.

Familiarity and experience with data visualization tools.
Nice-to-have

Knowledge of Tableau.

Experience with JIRA.

Experience with GitHub.
