Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights that drive retail strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and e-commerce) to analyze data
- Learn and apply data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI,Tableau)
- Develop dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory turnover, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and report on seasonal trends, competitor pricing strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
About You:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS for data analysis (optional but beneficial)
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in data science and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Internship or project experience in data analysis or the retail industry is an advantage
