As an Associate Data Analyst at Webfleet, a Bridgestone company, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions. Working within the Marketing Strategy team, you'll analyze product, sales, revenue, pricing, customer, and usage data to create reports and dashboards that drive business performance.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, product managers, marketers, sales, customer success, and business managers to deliver reliable reporting and analytics.

Your day-to-day:

As an Associate Data Analyst, you are on the forefront driving business results by generating data-based insights.

  • Data mining and data analyses to generate new insights for well-informed business decisions with the stakeholder support.

  • Collect data from multiple sources and databases and consolidate it in a single data source to generate business reports (usually Power BI, but also Tableau, Salsforce reports, or simliar visualization tools)

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex datasets.

  • Develop powerful reports and business dashboards with excellent user experience to take business decisions.

  • Steering efforts to exploit new data types and sources internally.

  • Project Management of business initiatives end-2-end. For example, prepare analytics but also prepare presentation to defend the topic in front of the business unit management, initially with the coach and support of a team lead.

  • Business Analysis Capabilities: Analytical Problem-Solving capabilities, Ability to conduct Interpersonal and consultative interactions, excellent oral and written communication.

  • Close collaboration with Line of Business Management, sales teams, customer success, Product Managers, data scientists, marketeers, data engineers and analysts to improve business performance on KPIs as customer upsell and churn, prospecting, and rich-data content generation.

Who are you? 

There is no set route to become our new Associate Data Analyst. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind: 

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in building dashboards and handling data sets, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and Power BI Service (workspace management, report publishing, app publishing, and scheduled refreshes).

  • You can utilize several data sources, especially relational databases. This includes having knowledge in SQL.

  • You have experience visualizing and presenting data utilizing Power BI (Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Tableau, QlickView, are a plus).

  • You have knowledge in DAX Formulas, Power Query and , data modelling, and data visualization, since this will be part of the day to day job.

  • Be ready to be exposed to frameworks, standards, and software categories such as Azure or similar.

  • Personal must-haves: problem-solving skills, analytic mind, aim to learn, flexible thinking, accountability, and good communication skills.

  • Bachelors in science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics degree, with special focus on data analytics or and statistics.

  • Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.

  • Would be a plus:

    • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, Mixpanel, and reporting tools.

    • Knowledge of statistics, Python (or another object-oriented programming language), and basic machine learning concepts.

    • Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile ways of working.

    • Ability to independently own projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Skills Required
