The Role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Data Analyst to join our proprietary trading operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in quantitative finance, trading analytics, and financial technology within a dynamic trading environment.

The Opportunity

Support comprehensive data analysis initiatives for trading operations and risk assessment
Assist in developing forecasting models and performance evaluation frameworks
Contribute to automated reporting systems and real-time monitoring solutionsHelp analyze trader performance metrics and payout risk assessments
Support competitive analysis and market research activitiesCollaborate on data visualization projects using Tableau and other analytics tools

Required Qualifications

Strong programming skills (willingness to learn Python)
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Deep understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and the needs of retail and professional traders
Experience with trading platforms, brokerage systems, or financial technology products
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) and automation tools
