Associate, Data Acquisition
As a Data Acquisition Associate at Strive Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the data acquisition team in the company's mission to revolutionize kidney care services through data. This position will contribute to the success of the organization by assisting in the acquisition, management, and on-going maintenance of patient data critical to our operations, patient care, and overall company mission.
Essential Functions
- Data Acquisition Support: By using Strive’s data acquisition framework, you will work with Strive partners, such as physician groups and payors, to acquire the necessary data for Strive’s care model
- Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand our data needs, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Data Integrity: Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of data quality, governance, and security processes to maintain accurate and secure data
- Communication: Assist in conveying data ingestion timelines, blockers, and next steps to stakeholders in order to facilitate informed decision-making
- Learning & Development: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data acquisition and analysis, and contribute to the identification of new processes that can benefit the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare management, data acquisition, or healthcare data
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience developing and implementing data acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical processes into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
Annual Salary Range: $66,000.00 - $77,000.00
Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits, including Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401k Retirement Plan with Employer Match, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance, Disability insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, paid company holidays, in addition to Vacation Time Off. An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles as aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
