The Associate Customer Technical Program Manager supports the delivery of customer programs across the data center lifecycle by assisting in coordination, communication, and execution activities, across multiple customer accounts. This role works under close supervision to develop foundational technical program management skills while contributing to a best-in-class customer experience. The Associate CTPM is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn, with a strong customer service mindset and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Program Support: Assist CTPM(s) in coordinating customer lifecycle activities from pre-construction through delivery and post-delivery support.
· Customer Coordination: Support communication between internal teams (Sales, Solutions Architecture, Platform Delivery, Operations) and external partners.
· Documentation & Tracking: Maintain project documentation, action logs, schedules, and tracking tools to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
· Pre-Contract Support: Assist with coordination of pre-sales and contract review activities, ensuring documentation is organized and shared appropriately.
· Change Management Support: Track change requests and support preparation of customer-facing communications.
· Meeting & Reporting Support: Prepare meeting materials, take notes, track action items, and assist in reporting project status, risks, and KPIs.
· Process Improvement: Support standardization efforts by documenting lessons learned and contributing to process improvements.
· Customer Experience: Help maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring responsiveness, follow-through, and clear communication.
· Risk Awareness: Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to senior team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or in progress/relative experience)
· 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, or related environment preferred
· Basic understanding of project management principles
· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
· Ability to learn technical concepts related to data center design and construction
· Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
· Mechanical/Electrical background a plus
· Team Player across the organization
· May travel at times up to 25%

Skills Required
